Blizzard Beach
(There's snow place like
it)
Blizzard Beach was were I spent the majority of my College Program.
I was a Deep Guard, which meant every day I was guarding the wave
pool, and also all the annoying pre-teen kids in Ski-Patrol. I
have so many great memories of this place I don't think I could
type them all out. I made a lot of great friends, and I know I'll
probably talk to most of these people the rest of my life. I miss
working with everyone so much,
but am grateful for the time I had with them.

and retook them...
Summit Plummet,the World's Tallest, Fastest and
Longest Water Slide
120 feet high, 364 feet long, 70degree angle.
You go 60 miles an hour, and are done in 4 seconds...
One day after work Scott Clark, the manager offered
to leave Summit on so we could ride, Ryan and I are the only ones
who stayed while everyone else left.

Tyke's is the Infant/Toddler area....otherwise
known as Hell.
First family to arrive each day got the Ski Captains
Hut,
plus free towels, and were also the first down Summit.
Now Disney has hidden Mickey's in all their parks,
movies, etc.
In Blizzard Beach, we also have a hidden Alligator.
Look closely and you'll see it "sunning" on the rocks above the Wave
Pool.
