Stonehenge

Walking to school, the sun was coming up

April sleeping on the bus ride to Stonehenge

The bus ride took forever, but we finally made it

Hehe, they have their own kitchen

ohhhh ahhhhh wowwww

Half of Stonehenge has fallen over due to people/vandalism/etc
But it's still impressive as hell

This ridge is as old as Stonehenge, it's one of two rings dug around it

You're only allowed to get about 50 yards from it

The stones on top are within 1/2 inch of where they sat when they were first layed

Which means the engineers who designed this knew what they were doing

...continuing on the tour...

It was soo windy and cold

Me and Shereen, woo hoo!
Oh yeah, and Stonehenge... that too, lol

Look! Rocks!
Damn, I look like crap. why hasn't anyone said anything??

Ben and Justin ran and slid on the grass....
Justin bailed and fell on his ass right before this photo

Bob Craig, our tour guide

Yup, this photo is bad ass
Me, at Stonehenge

and Martin!

If you were there, you'd know why he's doin a running-man pose
and when I get home where I can edit video, everyone will know too...

I just thought this was a little sad
Modern day roads, signs, cars, etc.... and an ancient monument in the middle of it all

Salisbury
yes, like the steak

Here's the Cathedral

The spire, up top, is 400 feet up.
The Germans used this as a landmarking point during the war. When you (the fighter pilot) see the Salisbury Spire, turn right for London or left for Wales.

April and Steven

Matt, recording

We couldn't think of anything clever to do, so we just kind of stood there

Justin grabbing the spire

Walking to lunch

We ate at this AWESOME bakery... though I don't have a picture of it

"Tesco lager? What the fuck?" -Justin

Store brand beer...
you've stooped to a new low if you buy this stuff

Inside the cathedral

For some reason my camera has been taking crappy pictures inside buildings

That symbol above the doors was painted thousands of years ago, the wooden doors are original too

J, look this up.
July 1st, 1906 a train with soldiers on it crashed; they were British, American, and Canadian. It was right when it arrived in Salisbury. One of the guys was named Frances F. Hitchcock. Second column from the left, third name down.

When I have a house, I'm gettin windows like this for my sitting room

Misty spanks the "man bending over and touching his toes" statue

see?!? blurry, what the hell

The spire weighs 6,000 tons. It bent the marble columns that hold up the roof

On our way to see the Magna Carta (one of them)

We weren't allowed to take pictures, so I kind of just held my camera in my hand and tried to snap a couple pictures of the glass in here.

It was really beautiful, but the pictures suck

Despite the "no pictures" sign, I took four trying to get a decent shot of the Magna Carta...
Everyone was doing it... lol

Headless? Sitting down? Female with indigestion?
Then your toilets are over there.

The moon

The dark windows to the right of the lit ones on the second floor, are to my room.
